1) Check in console, if you got cl_allowdownload 1
2) If you're running Windows 7, try to run Cs 1.6 as Administrator#
3) Try to reconnect to the server2-3 times.

reconnet not help because cs crashes when dl all maps or models, i have vista

it start dl normal then suddenly cs closes... this prob is only in this server
